Ingredients:
Ready prepared pack of stir fry vegetables
3 spring onions cut into 1 inch lengths
Fry light
1 tsp sesame oil

Directions:
Non stick starter kit |
- Heat a wok with the fry light then tip in the vegetables and stir continuously to cook through.
- After about 3 minutes, add the teaspoonful of sesame oil, mix well and stir fry for about 2 minutes more
- Pop the spring onion pieces in about a minute before the end,
- Serve immediately as part of a Chinese meal or as a vegetable option with a regular meal
